We’re proud to announce two major milestones for Changex that arrive with the new app release — Changex v. 1.6.0, now available in the App Store and the Google Play Store! 🎉🎉
⚡️Ethereum token swaps are now available in the app!
Swap any two ERC20 tokens in a few easy steps and diversify your portfolio.
To do so, go into the wallet of the token you want to Swap, hit the “Swap” button on the bottom, and choose which token you want to get in return. It’s a very straightforward process, but if you need any help, you can always ping us in the Changex Official Telegram.
⚠️ A transaction fee of 1% for Ethereum swaps will be implemented in a future app update. Keep in mind that you need Ethereum in your wallet in order to pay for network fees.
This leads us to our second new feature, which is arguably even bigger than the first one!
🔥 You can now buy crypto with fiat in Changex!
Simplify your experience and buy crypto directly with your credit or debit card from the app in a few simple steps.
🔎 The available tokens to purchase with fiat are BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, DOGE, and LINK.
⚙️ Here’s how it works:
1. Tap on the wallet of the currency you want to buy (again, they are BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, DOGE, and LINK);
2. Tap on the blue “BUY” button in the top right corner. This will take you to the Ramp Network interface;
3. Input the amount you want to buy and select your preferred currency if the default one does not suit you. In the “You get” field you can see how much you will receive;
4. Click on the green “Proceed” field on the bottom of the screen;
5. Enter your email address, then, once it arrives into your inbox, go back to the app and enter the one-time code to verify it;
6. Input your crypto receiving address (this comes pre-filled with your Changex address for the crypto you want to buy);
7. Pick your payment method and input your payment details;
8. Finish your transaction and watch your coins arrive in no time.
🎉🎉 That’s all. You can now buy crypto with fiat directly in the app — a massive step towards simplifying the crypto buying experience, and we’re honestly incredibly satisfied with the developments.
🌟 We have also integrated new tokens for both the iOS and Android versions of the app. They are 1INCH, SNX, AAVE, and SAND, and their common ground is that they are, of course, all proof-of-stake tokens.
